So pleased to see a Painted Lady butterfly, the warm sun had brought the insects out, did see some more butterflies but not staying still long enough to be photographed.

There was not as many wild flowers as I was expecting, the  Banded Demoiselle was a stunning colour, don't think I have seen a female before, there were no males about.

Plenty of bird song from Chiffchaff, trees to full to see them. Sand martins were on the river bank, as well as two swans.
